Onboarding & Fulfillment

How It Works

From enrollment to a shipped prescription — what happens at each step,
and who is responsible for what.

Getting Started

How Onboarding Works

Tell Us About Your Practice

Complete a brief enrollment form with your:

  • Full legal name
  • Organization or practice name
  • Professional email address
  • NPI
  • Professional license number and licensing state
  • DEA registration information, when applicable

Additional documentation may be requested when needed to verify credentials or prescribing authority.

We Verify and Connect

We review your submitted information and verify your professional credentials.

After successful verification and completion of the required agreements, we configure your portal access and available pharmacy connection.

Begin Submitting Orders

Once onboarded, you may begin submitting valid, patient-specific prescription orders through the approved portal workflow.

Enrollment does not expand a provider’s scope of practice or authorize prescribing in a jurisdiction where the provider is not properly licensed or otherwise permitted to practice.

Prescription Fulfillment

Dispensing as Dependable Infrastructure

Patient-specific prescriptions may be submitted through an available e-prescribing or supported API integration. Elite Wellness Portal administratively processes and routes each provider-submitted prescription order to the contracted pharmacy.

Licensed pharmacy personnel independently review each prescription and determine whether it can be accepted and fulfilled. If accepted, the pharmacy prepares, dispenses, labels, packages, and ships the prescribed medication.

When supported by the applicable integration, order-status and shipment-tracking information is made available through the portal.

The pharmacy retains responsibility for every pharmacy service and dispensing decision.
Elite Wellness Portal does not compound, dispense, label, package, or ship prescription medication.

Order Lifecycle

How Fulfillment Works

The Provider Issues a Prescription

The licensed healthcare provider evaluates the patient and independently determines whether treatment is appropriate.

Each prescription must be issued for an identified individual patient following a valid provider-patient relationship and appropriate patient evaluation.

The Order Is Submitted

  • The provider submits the patient-specific prescription order through the approved portal workflow.
  • The provider independently selects the medication, strength, dosage, directions, and treatment plan.

We Coordinate Processing

  • Elite Wellness Portal administratively processes and routes the prescription information to the contracted pharmacy.
  • We may also facilitate non-clinical communications, order-status updates, and requests for missing information.

The Pharmacy Reviews and Fulfills

  • The pharmacy independently reviews the prescription, provider information, patient location, and applicable fulfillment requirements.
  • If accepted, the pharmacy prepares, dispenses, and ships the medication. Available tracking information is then communicated through the portal or supported integration.

Billing

Medication and Fulfillment Charges

  • Enrolled organizations are charged through Elite Wellness Portal for prescription medication orders submitted for pharmacy fulfillment.
  • Before an order is finalized, the portal displays the applicable amount for the prescribed medication and any disclosed shipping, fulfillment, platform, or processing charges.
  • Payment does not guarantee pharmacy acceptance. Every prescription remains subject to the pharmacy’s independent review and all applicable legal and professional requirements.
  • Applicable payment, cancellation, and refund terms are provided through the portal and governing service agreement.

Support

Administrative Support

Enrolled providers may contact Elite Wellness Portal for assistance with:

  • Credential submission and onboarding
  • Account access
  • Portal navigation
  • Prescription transmission
  • Administrative order-status questions
  • Fulfillment coordination

Questions about diagnosis, treatment, dosage, medication use, side effects, or drug interactions must be directed to the prescribing provider or dispensing pharmacy, as appropriate.
